A landing page for plans / info for a shared living plan.

As I see it we need to accomplish several initial goals:

Research the legal options ie Co-op association and the plus and minus of them
Begin pooling some amount of capital
Research land areas and issues like soil quality, zoning etc.
Begin to draft a basic constitution
Make sure people are in sync with the goals and plans of the org and recruit a small initial number.
