+As I see it we need to accomplish several initial goals:
+  * Research the legal options ie Co-op association and the plus and minus of them
+  * Begin pooling some amount of capital
+  * Research land areas and issues like soil quality, zoning etc.
+  * Begin to draft a basic constitution
+  * Make sure people are in sync with the goals and plans of the org and recruit a small initial number.
